| On average, TV-Wire's exclusive HDi (tm) format conversion from broadcast HDTV to Web delivery format has twice the apparent resolution on a CRT display than the video encoding commonly in use, and the apparent resolution increase is even more on an LCD display. Our specially developed video codecs and rendering algorithms (pat. pend.) take particular advantage of the LCD technology pixel structure. HDi 16:9 format has a third more viewing area than 4:3 content and can be served in QuickTime, Windows Media, RealPlayer, and Flash Web formats. |
